Just head to the rental section of the site and select the item(s) and date of your event. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your rental is required to reserve and hold a date.
In order to secure your rental, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event. Please be aware that once your deposit is paid and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rental and time slot, therefore all payments made are non-refundable.
Each rental includes up to 5 hours of use along with delivery, set up, break down, and pick up! We will coordinate with you to have everything ready before your guests arrive. Events surpassing the included 5 hours will be charged an additional $50 per hour.
Delivery to locations within 15 miles of Medford, NY are included in the rental price. Additional delivery charges apply for events outside of this range.
- Within 16-30 miles: $45.00
- Within 31-45 miles: $55.00
- Within 46-55 miles: $70.00
- Montauk/Hamptons: $125.00
Of course! We have several signs available for rent as an add-ons that look great on any of our walls. Have your own sign? No problem! We can hang and display it for you.
For safety purposes, clients cannot alter, disassemble, or move any rentals. If there is inclement weather, please plan for our walls to be placed indoors or under a covered area and ensure that there is enough room for us to set up.
Bookings canceled by the client prior to 72 hours from the start time of the event may be rescheduled. Funds may be applied to the rescheduled date. Bookings canceled by the client within 48 hours from the start time of the event will forfeit the full booking amount.
The client will assume all liability during the rental period. This includes any risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction to the equipment. In the event of damages or total loss, the buyer will be held 100% financially responsible for the value of equipment.
Note: This policy does not apply to the Set of 50 Champagne Glasses rental.
